LOGNITIVA will process your request, informing you of the corresponding determination via email within a maximum period of twenty days from the date the request is received, and if applicable, we will make it effective within fifteen days following the date on which the response is communicated
Regarding the right of access, we require you to indicate the means through which the information should be sent; should any charges arise for courier, reproduction, or certification of documents, we will inform you prior to delivery.
