LOGNITIVA, as the data controller responsible for processing your personal data, located at Boulevard Hermanos Serdán, 773-Int. It is important to note that we may not be able to address your request or conclude the use immediately in all cases, as it is possible that due to a legal obligation it may be necessary to continue processing your personal data. Likewise, for certain purposes, the revocation of your consent will imply that we can no longer provide you with the service you requested, or the conclusion of your relationship with us.

 

To exercise any of these rights, the request must include: the name of the data subject and their address, as well as their email address to receive notifications; the documents that prove their identity (through a valid official ID) or, where applicable, the legal capacity and identity of their legal representative (power of attorney signed before two witnesses, accompanied by a valid official ID), if deemed necessary, we will request further elements to prove your identity; a clear and precise description of the personal data regarding which any of the ARCO rights is sought to be exercised, except in the case of the right of access; the description of the ARCO right intended to be exercised, or what the data subject requests, and any other element or document that facilitates the location of the personal data.

LOGNITIVA will process your request, informing you of the corresponding determination via email within a maximum period of twenty days from the date the request is received, and if applicable, we will make it effective within fifteen days following the date on which the response is communicated.

Regarding the right of access, we require you to indicate through which medium you require us to send you the information. Should any charge apply for shipping, reproduction, or certification of documents, we will let you know prior to sending.
